Iodoral is a tableted form of Lugol’s solution ( Lugol’s is a liquid iodine and potassium iodide that has been available for decades). Each tablet provides 12.5 mg of total iodine – 5 mg of iodine and 7.5 mg of potassium iodide. Each tablet is scored for ease in breaking in half for lower amounts if desired. Each bottle contains 90 tablets.
