Services and Resources to Help You Get Healthy and Stay Balanced

Our services and resources will teach you why many people have physical, mental and emotional problems. They will then explain how these problems can be overcome or avoided.

1. One-to-one Health Consultations. My background as a Critical Care Registered Nurse and Certified Case Manager has endowed me with multifaceted clinical and interactive skills for listening and assisting clients to clarify and resolve health, emotional and spiritual issues. For a fee, I meet with clients to help them sort out facts from propaganda, truth from misinformation and direct them in their choices for health and wellness. I also offer support and encouragement for clients’ concerns. When you need information and guidance about how to have excellent health, I am available to assist you.

2. Therapeutic massage in a relaxing and health-invigorating environment.

We provide a vast array of educational materials, nutritional supplements, recipe books,  videos, DVDs, water distillers, juicers, dehydrators, rebounders and other products that will help you get healthy and stay balanced, as you make changes in lifestyle to support the amazing self-healing capacity of your body.

4. Seminars: Do you need a speaker for a group program, business meeting, church group or recreational activities? I am available to give seminars to groups, churches, educational settings, clubs and in various settings to educate and motivate people to make changes in their lifestyle for life transformation.

5. Get Healthy! Stay Balanced Workshop: In this 9 session course, you will learn how to get healthy and stay balanced in body, mind and spirit—the way God intended us to be. You will also gain many health benefits, such as increased energy, mental clarity, weight loss, elimination of sicknesses and more when you integrate what you learn into your life. New classes are starting all the time.

6. Free Monthly Support Meetings: Come and get informed, get encouraged and get healthy with other health-minded people at our free support meetings. You will learn how to prevent illness, prepare healthy delicious foods, and enjoy them too. Learn about other health and nutrition topics and learn to improve your health from making simple changes in your lifestyle. Held on the 1st Friday of every month at 7pm. Please contact us ahead of time.

7. Live/raw Food Preparation Classes and sale of live/raw foods: Raw/living foods and healthy foods—all as God intended for us. They taste great—are nutritionally superior. You can learn how to prepare them in easy ways----your taste buds will be happy, your belly full and your body will self-heal. Contact us for dates.

8. Accountability and Motivational  Program: We help you keep track of your efforts and the results you’ve experienced in your body and health; we encourage you to share your goals and chart your progress from week to week so that you are inspired by the improvements you make and the results you have obtained.
